Soul Nomad & The World Eaters originally released for PlayStation 2 in 2007 and has never seen a re-release outside of a PSN digital version in Japan. The game stars Ash and Marona in a tactical RPG using a movement ring gameplay system. The new version included in the Switch release will also contain all content from previous releases.

The game saw expanded re-releases on both Nintendo Wii and PlayStation Portable, before getting a PC port in 2016 with all DLC and previous content. Phantom Brave originally released in 2004 for PlayStation 2 and was the first title to be localized by NIS America. Note that Phantom Brave already has a PC release, which should be functionally identical to the remaster included in this Switch collection.
Additionally, Soul Nomad & the World Eaters will also see an individual release on PC in Summer 2021. This Nintendo Switch collection is set to release in Summer 2021.
